Tsukuru Mariko (Sailor Starmaker)
ACCEPT, BUT: There's a whole lot of promise here, but there are some little fiddly bits that need some workings out. For example, present day game-time is 2002. World of Warcraft was released on 2004 (not even super heroines get Blizzard software early). Things we really liked: Maker as a fantasy-oriented strategist, and we would love to see that married to Fighter's tactics-fu. This Maker is an excellent addition to her faction, however, tone down the competitiveness some so it doesn't step all over Katsuko's toes -- we suggest that she subordinate her love of empire-building to Fighter's actual overall war plans. Additionally, 'white' is the death-color in Shinto and Buddhist thought. Even if Mariko did not actively believe in either of those creeds, it's prevalent enough in Japanese society that she would think of funerals before she'd think of innocence or representations thereof.
Instead of WoW, go with RTS -- Fantasy General, Age of Empires, even the original Warcraft. Kick it oldskool with Tiberian Dawn or Civilization, and with most of those (Warcraft/Starcraft especially), you can still have a fantasy online identity (through things like Battle.net) for Mariko that will create you plothooks with Oki and Tacey (much to their chagrin). The fantasy empire building as the facet of Creation is really clever, and we'd like you to run with that. Just be cognizant of how she needs to mesh with the rest of the faction.
Write up these tweaks with her wikiprofile and you are good to go. Thanks for your patience.
