The Basics
Name: Shizenkai (自然界) Misao (操, or hiragana みさお). Surname means "nature, the natural world, the realm of nature." First name means "chastity," but with subordinate meanings of "fidelity, honor" and "faith," which we're more interested in. You can twist this to mean "fidelity of nature" if you're obsessed with the "blank of blankety" naming pattern, but why would you?
Position: Child education student at Tokyo University, bookstore clerk, Sailor Jupiter.
Appearance: Totally nonthreatening despite her towering (for a Japanese schoolgirl) height of 5'7", Misao is always perfectly pulled together. Her brown-black hair is layered to just below her shoulders, and emerald-green bangs frame her large purple eyes and her sweet, open face. She dresses as stylishly as she can on her student/clerk budget, preferring to mix classics with trends and usually wearing skirts and heels. However, any outfit is accompanied with a handbag large enough to fit in everything from band-aids to a pocket umbrella.
Age/Birthday/Astrological Whatnot: Age eighteen, born October 10th, Libra sun, Sagittarius moon. Caltan will have to tell you what this means.
Mundane Life
Friends and Family: Misao still lives at home with her parents, given the exorbitant rates of rent for apartments in Tokyo. She is an only child. Onwa, her mother, works in a florist's shop in the Chuo district. Eseoya, her father, is the quintessential Japanese salaryman as a manager in the accountancy department of Amalgamated Widgets, one of the many corporations in Tokyo. Onwa and Eseoya love their daughter dearly but have never been terribly attentive or devoted parents; theirs is a distracted love and a somewhat hands-off parenting style.
Misao also has a number of friends in school, from her years at Chuo, and from her workplace. They are unnamed but can be used as plot hooks.
Usual Daily Routine: Up very early for shower, hair and makeup, and carefully selecting an outfit and accessories. The bulk of the day is taken up by classes and work, as Misao carries a full courseload and often takes on extra shifts for coworkers who need someone to cover. She eats lunch outside, meeting with friends if she can manage to make their schedules fit - and she's usually the one making the arrangements. Misao somehow manages to get her homework and studying done around work, eating dinner with her parents every night, and making bento for all three of them before falling into bed.

Asswhoopery: Jupiter is one of the most powerful of the "Inner" Senshi, having taken out youma single-handedly with lower-level attacks.

Connections
The biggest connection/plothook for Misao is her job at a bookstore. She works at a branch of a large chain store that sells books (and manga, obviously), DVDs, and music. The Japanese equivalent of a Borders or Barnes & Noble, if you will. Her branch is in Chuo and should be easily reachable for any of the Chuo Gakuen students.
Furthermore, she is a recent graduate of Chuo Gakuen and may be familiar with some of the students and any older siblings they might have in her age range.
Lunars
Serenity: Kakureru Kyouri - In her as-of-yet unwritten awakening, Misao runs into Kia at a gardening store; plants Flip Out and attack the princess, and Misao's transformation to Jupiter is triggered. Misao sees Kia as a combination of all of her babysitting charges rolled into one and the most delicate spun-glass figurine on the face of the planet. She will protect her princess to her dying breath and will break you if you so much as THINK of hurting her.
Mercury: Mokushi Oki - Oki scared the bejesus out of Misao when she was innocently trying to order coffee for her boss and co-workers. Future meetings are probably not going to go well either.
Pluto: Sokei Ninmae - Misao and Ninmae may possibly have encountered each other as students at Todai, but it's a big school and that's sort of unlikely. There's also the Skirt Throwdown in the shopping adventure story.
Terrans
Kunzite: Amakusa Kenrou - Misao's champion of the coffee shop! However, once she knows him better than "dude she spilled coffee all over and who was incredibly gracious", she will probably want to help Tsurian make him a human being. Or sidle away very slowly.
Nephrite: Susuki Binshou - Any rumors about duckie pyjamas are wholly unsubstantiated. Really.
Kinmoku
Kakyuu: Mitsu Hanako - Misao loves Hanako almost as much as her own princess, but doesn't have the fanatical need to protect her from all harm.
Galactics
Galaxia: Ishino Chikara - Chikara TERRIFIES Misao. In a good way.
